Body
A person with a healthy body is free of pain, illness, and disease. What you put into your body, how you move your body, and what you think of your body all play a roll in maintaining a healthy physical vessel.
We combine holistic modalities of energy work, movement, and other somatic practices to drain negative emotions stuck in your body of their power which can relieve pain and other manifestations of illnesses caused by stress or trauma, thus getting you back to feeling juicy and alive.

Mind
Disturbing thoughts and feelings show up in the physical body in debilitation ways. A person with a healthy mind keeps the brain exercised and works at keeping worry and stress at bay. When positive thoughts and feelings of joy, peace, and gratitude are present you are able to increase the brain's capacity for knowledge, understanding, and learning.
With mindfulness techniques you will be able to quiet the "monkey mind," be in the present moment, acknowledge all thoughts and emotions without judgement to be able to integrate them towards healing - without bypassing and sweeping them under the proverbial rug. We stare our demons in the face here. This will reduce depression, regulate emotions, decrease anxiety and stress, improve memory and cognitive functions leading to better physical and emotional health and healthier relationships.

This is NOT the same thing as RELIGION or dogma. Our focus is embracing the divinity within ourselves to tap into Universal Life Force power by honoring the polarities of both Divine Masculine and Feminine energies.
By balancing our spiritual energies we will experience more harmony and fulfilment, more powerful intuition, deeper love, and the ability to get shit done and conquer the world.

I was tired of being stuck in suffering, trauma responses, and abuse so I shed my victim mindset, left toxic relationships, straightened my crown, pulled up my empowerment panties and GOT TO WORK. Now I want to teach you the tools that I personally use for healing, spirituality, prosperity, unapologetic authenticity (regardless of what anyone else thinks about it), and juiciness in life. I want to teach you how to also become a BADASS BOSS BITCH™ (BaBB™).
I have always been drawn to spiritual, healing, and educational arts since I was a child with a burning desire to make the world a better place. Trauma came early in my life and seemed to be a perpetually revolving door. But I never completely lost my desire to help those who suffer find peace and healing, even in the midst of my own 'Dark Nights of the Soul.'
They say if it's your calling, then it will keep calling. So I journeyed deep down the rabbit hole in exploration. I spent multiple tens of thousands of dollars on trainings and certifications. I traveled the world doing it too, and participated in some elite programs with industry trailblazers.
I learned a lot, and it also pissed me off. I don't believe that you have to break the bank like I did, or be extremely wealthy to be worthy of the privilege of this knowledge. Sure, who doesn't appreciate or desire a wealthy client base? But EVERYONE is worthy of healing.
So I am going to bring you the same knowledge that I spent a fortune on and break it up into bite-sized portions that can be more easily digested at an affordable price.
